meet Evan Pannell

Pannell started as an intern at Pickard Commercial in 2016 and received his license shortly after in 2017. During his time, he has been the top sales associate in the company accounting for more than $30 million in sales/leasing volume, with a strong focus on multifamily/investment properties in Northeast Ohio.

As an Akron native and former professional basketball player (Canada), Evan brings a unique, personable, and competitive goal-oriented approach which his clients benefit from. Evan graduated from Archbishop Hoban and earned his B.A. in Cultural Studies from the College of Wooster. He is a recent graduate of Akron Torchbearers and enjoys volunteering and mentoring in the Akron area, regularly investing his time with current high school and college basketball players.

Evan resides in Akron with his wife Marina, who is the part owner and manager of Harper + Ivory, a bridal boutique in Ohio City, Cleveland.
